Books on Prescription helps you to understand and manage your health and wellbeing using self-help reading.
These books provide helpful information and step-by-step self-help techniques for managing a variety of common mental health conditions, including depression and anxiety. They are endorsed by health professionals and can all be found in all our libraries.
